Dear Classmates
Happy New Year to you all and the families. 2010 will be extra special year with our class reunion in June. Wish you all Health and Happiness for the coming decade.
Thank you Leo for sending your lovely family photograph, Phil and you look proud and very young with Nikhil and Priya.
I am not sending our recent photograph as I look like a 'Matharo' as compared to Leo !
I have attached our Wedding Photo 08/10/1972 Malawi and you can see the innocence written all over our faces and I have my horns well covered with the turban ! (don't ask about the tail!)
The look on our faces is the petrified expression just waiting to be sentenced (32 years and no chance of parole!)
Friends, shall we all send our wedding photograph (Cyril and Walty could send their ordination photograph).
The other reason for not sending our recent photograph, it will be fun to spot each other on the big day as we have changed so much over the years (no name tags please on the day)
I don't think I would have recognized Leo if I had bumped into him in the streets of Bangalore. Looking closely he still has the naughty /cheeky smile!
I have spoken to Harry recently and he has agreed that editing of the sovenier should be done by the Bangalore crowd - Leo, Rex, Prabhaker and Hector and with expertise from Maxie. Please say yes, and Harry can post my college souvenirs to you all (for ideas etc)
Also could we get a sponsor/s who could pay for the printing costs etc. 40 copies should suffice (as we can post copies to the ones who cannot make it on the day).
Harry tells me that the postal response has been rather slow, may I suggest that we request for a small deposit from each one so they are committed to attend.and help with the catering etc.
