Hi Arun,
I for one, appreciate your quick and great job in contacting each one possible in particular. In fact I too had felt that it may be necessary to postpone the date in order to facilitate those abroad to be present at our golden alumnus re-union.
By ALL making it to the event only can we term it as a big success.
By the way, your tentative programme schedule seems very appetising!
