Harold Saldanha - Remembered 50yrs after 1960

Loy's elder brother Harry, ever pensive, silent and appearing more sedate and sober when pitted against the vibrancy of his younger brother - was perhaps catapulted into positions of responsibility and proactive presence after the demise of his brother. I have been lucky to have known Harry and his family socially too. For our class, he has been a rock throughout, as a solid presence in Mangalore for each of us to interact or meet up with on our visits to Mangalore or otherwise - who true to form has now easily slipped into the role of a convenor for this great move of Reunion, dreaming up the project with a few others 50 years after our passing out. Thank you Harry.
