The crazy(!) bunch of youngsters that passed out of St Aloysius College High School, Mangalore - class of 1960 - then notorious for being best in everything: best in studies, best in sports and games, best in extra-curricular activities including elocution, debate and singing; and notoriously best in good conduct and in bad conduct – they met in Jun-2010 to celebrate Fifty Years after - on the golden anniversary of the year of their passing out. They relive their crazy days!

From: Peter L. Fernandes to Maxie

Dear Maxie,
It was a pleasure receiving your mail a couple of days ago. Sorry I could not reply to it immediately since I was a bit busy with the mariage preparations of my son. Now I am returning back to normal life.
In fact, I had joined the "E" Division from the 1st Form when Fr. Bertrand was the Headmaster in the middle school. I remember Mr Denis Albuquerque who taught us the "English" subject then and an additional special hour everyday before the normal school hours.
Going to the High School building in the last 3 years we were split into 3 carrier batches and I had taken 'Engineering' though
I did not pursue this stream in my later College days. During the school days I was mostly reserved and did not interact with others like my other friends - maybe the reason you do not remember me.
So much for my schooldays. I meet Harry at times when I go down to Mangalore for holidays and keep in touch with Terence (Canada) with whom I used to go to school from Bejai.
Dear Maxie, I would love to meet you sometime.
Best regards,
Peter Fernandes
