Data and Memorablia

From: Maxwell Pereira to All

Subject: data and memorablia

Friends,
Some thoughts and action points for consideration:

i). In the attachment I have attempted an excel chart with the information available on each classmate - living or deceased. It would be wonderful if all of us endeavoured to fill in the vacant spaces 'cells' with the missing information - for self, or in respect of another - whatever is available with us/ or could be ascertained by us from others, friends and relations.

ii). There are nine in the list whose whereabouts are indicated as "not known". While keeping up the effort to locate the whereabouts of those indicated as "whereabouts not known", it is also necessary to ascertain/ locate the whereabouts of the next of kin of those indicated as "deceased"

iii). It is distressing to note that 12 of our classmates have already left us for their heavenly abode. Even though they are no more, at the reunion meet it would be appropriate to remember them and pass a resolution of condolence - to be passed on to their near and the dear they left behind. For this purpose it would be necessary to gather some details leading to their death and the present whereabouts of their nearest kin.

iv) I am attempting a personal memorablia on each of my classmates - as I remember or not remember them. This memorablia recorded by me (on the second worksheet of the excel document in the attachment to the email sent) is mostly in lighter vein, not meant to hurt or annoy any one. In the event someone or anyone finds anything therin objectionable, I apologise to them in advance.

With best regards to all,
Maxie
